You may pay less than this

Consultations may be eligible for Medicare, Department of Veterans’ Affairs or private health fund rebates. A Medicare rebate needs a referral from your GP, and how many sessions you get depends on which plan they write. Private health rebates depend on your level of extras cover. The prices above are the full fee before any rebate.

Changes and cancellations

Nikki asks for 48 hours notice if you need to change or cancel an appointment, so the time can be offered to someone else. A fee of 50% of the appointment fee applies to changes made with less notice. You will be asked to confirm this when you book.

What to expect

Your first appointment

Your initial consultation is really about getting to know you. I’ll ask about your day to day routine, your work and social life, and how food fits into all of it, because a plan that doesn’t suit your schedule won’t stick.

We’ll also cover
  • Any recent blood tests or relevant health history
  • Food allergies, intolerances, or digestive issues
  • The meals and foods you actually enjoy eating and cooking
  • How much time you realistically have for meal prep

Most of this session is me listening, the more I understand about your routine and goals, the better I can help. By the end, you’ll walk away with a few practical strategies to try over the next week.

At your follow up appointment (usually one week later), we’ll review how those strategies worked and fine tune your plan together.

From there, we’ll keep working together at whatever pace suits you, weekly, fortnightly, or monthly, depending on your goals and how much support you’d like along the way.

Your review appointments

Review appointments are where we check in on progress and keep your plan working for you. We’ll go over how the past week (or few weeks) has gone, what worked, what didn’t, and anything that got in the way.

Each session typically covers
  • How you found the meal plan or strategies from last time
  • Any challenges with time, energy, or motivation
  • Changes in symptoms, energy levels, or how you’re feeling overall
  • Updates to your plan based on what’s actually working in real life

These appointments are shorter than your initial consultation, but just as collaborative, we’ll adjust your plan together rather than me simply handing you a new one.

How often we meet is up to you. Some clients prefer weekly check ins for extra accountability, others fortnightly or monthly once they’ve found their rhythm. We can also change the frequency as you go, depending on how close you are to your goals.
